Medrecit Terms of Use
Effective Date: 1 June 2026
Last Updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Medrecit website, platform, software and related services operated by Medrecit Technologies Ltd (“Medrecit”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using Medrecit, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the relevant Medrecit service.
1. About Medrecit
Medrecit is a health technology platform being developed to facilitate controlled access to health information.
Medrecit is intended to help individuals access and share health information and, where applicable, enable authorised healthcare providers to access relevant information.
Medrecit is not a healthcare provider.
Medrecit does not independently diagnose, treat, prescribe or provide medical advice.
2. Development and Pilot Stage
Medrecit is currently undergoing product development, testing and controlled validation.
Accordingly:
- Some functionality may be unavailable;
- Some features may operate differently from their final version;
- Certain functionality may be provided only to selected users;
- Synthetic or simulated health information may be used during testing; and
- Certain services may be modified, suspended or discontinued as Medrecit develops.
Participation in testing does not guarantee access to any particular future feature or commercial version of Medrecit.
3. Eligibility
You may use Medrecit only where you have the legal capacity and authority to do so.
If you use Medrecit on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf.
Healthcare providers may be subject to additional provider agreements or onboarding requirements.
7. Patient-Controlled Access
Where available, Medrecit may allow a user to authorise a healthcare provider to access relevant information.
Users should review the scope of access before granting authorisation.
Access may be subject to technical limitations and may depend on the availability of the underlying records.
Medrecit does not guarantee that a healthcare provider will be able to access every record at every time.
8. Healthcare Providers
Healthcare providers using Medrecit must:
- Access health information only for lawful and legitimate purposes;
- Access information only within the scope of their authorisation;
- Maintain patient confidentiality;
- Protect their account credentials;

- Use information responsibly and professionally; and
- Comply with applicable professional, health and data-protection obligations.
A provider’s clinical use of information obtained through Medrecit remains the provider’s responsibility.
9. AI-Generated Summaries
Medrecit may provide an AI-generated summary or overview of available health information.
The summary is an assistive feature.
It may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies and must be checked against the underlying clinical records.
Healthcare providers remain responsible for reviewing appropriate source records and exercising independent clinical judgement.
Patients should not interpret an AI-generated summary as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or medical advice.
10. Prohibited Conduct

- Attempt to circumvent security controls;
- Impersonate another person;
- Use another person’s account or RecitID unlawfully;
